for people, their families
and their communities

StartScotland is a partnership between The Lennox Partnership and Fedcap Scotland. With extensive joint experience, we help to make a difference and create positive futures for people, their families and their communities.

StartScotland is a values-driven organisation that strives to put our customers first, understanding their needs and closely engaging with them on a personal level to help them on their journey to employment or training.

We believe that sustainable employment offers people the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Our mission is to improve people's lives and make a positive difference to Scotland through the delivery of the Fair Start Scotland employability service across the East and South West of Scotland.

We are passionate about delivering excellent services and addressing the diverse challenges faced by those who come through our doors, whilst delivering value for money and integrated solutions which meet the needs of the people that require our help.
