So you’ve got your idea all sorted and you feel comfortable with all that’s involved with starting your own business venture?
 

Next up you’ll need to formulate a proper business plan with all the serious stuff like market research, pricing, cashflow forecasts and risks. Don’t worry, we have lots of experience in this area as well as number of close links to organisations that can provide further professional advice.
 

Aftercare support
 

Whilst the early days of your business venture will be exciting they’re sure to throw up a few stumbling blocks.
 

We’ll be on hand to provide continued aftercare through telephone support, further one-to-one coaching and more specific advice on areas such as bookkeeping and tendering for work.
