Fedcap Hub

Move your career forward with confidence
Fedcap Hub

The Fedcap Hub is our innovative online support service designed to help you excel throughout your return to work journey. Our online services allow you to work at a pace that suits you while giving you access to lots of personal development tools such as:

  • CV checker - When you apply for a job your CV will usually be analysed by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) before a person sees it. These systems are designed to make life easier for hiring managers but potentially a lot harder for applicants. Our CV checker tool uses AI technology to score your CV against more than 50 checks that commonly trigger an ATS and it will highlight key areas that might get your CV overlooked. You will get instant, detailed feedback so that you can optimise your CV and significantly boost your chances of securing an interview.

  • CV and cover letter builder - You will be able to create and store a professional, Applicant Tracking System friendly CV and covering letter to suit your skills and experience.

  • The AI-powered interview training tool - As we know the hiring process is changing. Employers are increasingly using video interviews as part of their recruitment process. But whether an interview is online or in person, we all need to practise. Interview360 includes a large and comprehensive library of the most commonly asked interview questions along with key points to help you answer every one of them. There’s also a range of mock interviews to test your ability to come up with strong, confident, well-thought-through answers under time pressure. You will get instant feedback and advice, and every question you answer will make you a stronger candidate.

  • Online content - There is a packed library of digital courses and video content that can be accessed at any time of the day. These are all categories and searchable leaving no question unanswered.

  • Job vacancies - The Hub gives you access to hundreds of jobs from numerous recruitment sites.
